Maintenance and Support Services

 

Premium Product Maintenance and Support is fundamental to ensuring you get the most from your Indigo Pacific implementation. Our company has the most experienced Adobe support centre in the Asia Pacific Region. The Premium Maintenance and Support Program includes free product upgrades for all licensed software products covered under the maintenance & support agreement. The service also provides access to patches and minor releases as they become available. The same high level of maintenance and support is available for all products sold and implemented by Indigo Pacific.

 

Product support

 

Indigo Pacific provides prioritised Product Support to designated technical support contacts within the client site as part of Indigo Pacific Premium Maintenance and Support. Within this program the Indigo Pacific Helpdesk provides initial diagnosis and resolution or escalation. If appropriate Indigo Pacific will provide code corrections as they are provided. The Premium Maintenance & Support program offers: Unlimited phone, Web and email access to our Technical Support representatives as well as unlimited access, via the Indigo Pacific Helpdesk, to the vendors’ online self-service knowledge base. Application support services

 

This service provides customers with peace-of-mind for your Indigo Pacific solution. The service means that fewer internal technical staff are needed to support the solution which reduces internal support costs. Application Support Services provides a dedicated point of contact to maintain involvement with our solution relating to any technical issues that might arise, such as software & hardware upgrade synchronisation and code corrections. Clients who are best suited to this service are those who have a custom solution, built by Indigo Pacific and who require more than straight technical software support. This service delivers a collaborative team approach to problem solving and issue handling.
